A Service Level Agreement for School of Health Allied Health Professions course placements and/or Service Level Agreement for student nursing placements will be set up.
Please note: to help ease capacity on placement providers, the attached agreement is agreed format between Leeds Beckett University, University of Leeds, and Leeds Trinity University.
To confirm, this is a tri-university agreement with the organisation and the University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett University and Leeds Trinity University to facilitate student placements from our various nursing programmes.
For Non-NHS courses undertaken within the School of Health, Placement Providers will be requested to complete at a minimum a Health and Safety and Indemnity Form.
