The Mediation Suite consists of an ergonomically designed Central Meeting Hub with four breakout rooms. The Central Meeting Hub consists of fully integrated conferencing facilities to allow for virtual and in person face to face meetings. The Central Hub provides sufficient space for 22 people. Fully air-conditioned, these spaces are ideal for year-round use whether for large parties or multiparty mediations. Our 4 private breakout rooms each have space for 7 people. These smaller rooms are ideal for those private sessions with mediating parties. These rooms are perfect for shuttle mediation and can also include space that can be dedicated for mediators. All rooms in our Mediation Suite have full multimedia conferencing facilities for those that cannot be present face-to-face and this is facilitated with seamless communications including complimentary highspeed Wifi. The Mediation Suite is supported by office facilities with administration and dedicated IT support.
The facilities include complimentary refreshments and full catering can be arranged with prior notice. The Mediation Suite is within excellent commuting distance of transport facilities.
