Car parking
Free parking for all attendees is available from 2pm onwards in the Pay and Display car park (on the right before approaching the kiosk into Headingley Campus). Parking is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note if you use Pay and Display car park before 2pm, you must pay the tariff.

Inductees will have access to park within campus grounds and will receive a parking permit via email for closer the date. 

Disability parking spaces
On arrival, speak to security via the kiosk or intercom for access to disabled bays close to the Carnegie School of Sport building.

The Carnegie School of Sport is a modern building on Headingley Campus, easily recognised by its distinctive red rectangular indoor running track.

Access via the stairs near the bus stop, or by following the road from the Pay and Display car park.

We will cater for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets and all foods are nut free.

Please use the RSVP form to share dietary and allergies requirements.

Hall of Fame inductees may register guests via the RSVP form.

Please wear smart attire.

Yes, a designated room will be available for bags/luggage storage. Please leave your bags at the reception area with staff or a volunteer, and we will securely store them.

Accessible toilets are available in multiple locations in the Carnegie School of Sport building.

We will have a creative media teams and student volunteers at the event taking photography and film throughout the event.
