From the Premier League to the Olympics, business is a big part of modern sport. You'll learn some of the strategies, tools and techniques used by successful operations around the world, with the support of experienced teachers and industry figures.

You'll learn to harness the potential of analytics and develop strong strategies and leadership skills. You'll explore ways to reduce inequalities and build more ethical enterprises. And you'll see and do it all first-hand, with placements and project opportunities.

Our courses will train you to have a real impact in the business of sport. Our passionate and knowledgeable staff have built careers in industry, and worked with businesses and organisations to improve policy and develop strategies. You'll graduate with a strong understanding of what's required in business, and the confidence to think beyond what's always been done.

Keen to explore a career in the business of sport? We'll give you a strong grounding in concepts such as sponsorship, strategy, management principles, events and understanding the consumer.

You'll experience "real-life" assessments with partners including Leeds United, Banana Kick, and Yorkshire County Cricket. And you'll have the opportunity to secure internships, and volunteer at major sporting events.

We've worked with leading industry experts to design a course that explores the power of sport in the community. You'll examine ways to increase participation, address inequalities, and tackle social issues such as crime and community health.

Our industry links mean you'll be able to develop projects that have a real-world impact, as well as access placements and networking opportunities. Our partners range from local authorities to sports governing bodies and national organisations such as Comic Relief.
