The Rose Bowl isn't just a place to learn about business. It's a place where business happens. We've created a purpose-built landmark with bright and stylish lecture theatres, the latest technology and features, and space for events, meetings and banquets. It's a centre for business, in the heart of the city.
We've designed our spaces for how people learn today. Our lecture theatres range from 64 to 256 seats, and they're all fitted with full wifi access and slick audio-visual technology. Our social learning spaces enable you to access the internet and undertake group work in a comfortable environment.
Think of this as your agency headquarters. You'll have access to iMacs, equipment for presentations and workshops and soft seating areas for brainstorming and conversations. Based in the Rose Bowl, it's a space for students to meet and engage with businesses, and solve problems together.
In The Simulation Suite, you'll learn by doing. You'll get the chance to test your skills, your leadership and your teamwork by tackling immersive simulations based on real-life work scenarios. This is where you'll apply what you've learned, and come up with solutions to problems you'll face in your career.
Trading requires strong decision-making skills, a calm demeanour, and quick responses. Luckily, you can start your learning journey here. On our Trading Floor, you will access real-time economic and business data, allowing you to monitor portfolio performance, conduct visual analyses, and research local and global trends.
You will also have access to data from LSEG Workspace and Workspace DataStream, which are popular among professionals and researchers worldwide. Additionally, you can earn certifications in LSEG Workspace to enhance your career prospects.
Learn to look like a natural on camera. Our studio recreates the layout and environment of a real TV studio, without the pressure. You'll hone your presentation and communications skills in a space that includes two fixed broadcast quality cameras with scrolling autocue, a green screen for limitless creative backgrounds, a studio monitor, and a full lighting rig.
In this state-of-the-art space, you'll be the one in control. Take a seat in our Control Gallery, and learn to quickly mix and cue footage and sounds for broadcast. You'll have access to mixing desks and configurable monitors, and you'll be able to create programming for live broadcast or internet streaming.
Whether you're getting to grips with live radio or podcast creation, you'll have all you need in our Radio Studio. It's a comfortable and fully-kitted-out space for live or recorded audio creation. You'll have access to a live music library, as well as recording tools, and versatile mixing facilities.
Our editing suite is the ideal place to discover how to add flair to your video and audio. You'll be able to build your skills with industry-standard software such as Burli, Inews, Avid Media Composer and the complete Adobe suite, so that you can be creative and competent when your first deadline comes in.
