Join the leeds city challenge - and register for a march workshop

Got an idea that could help transform Leeds? That's the idea behind the Leeds City Challenge, launched recently at The Knowledge Exchange. It's aimed at students of all levels - as well as recent graduates - and looks to back the next generation of entrepreneurs with a £10,000 prize in seed funding for the winning idea. Over 20 students have already registered - the deadline is Sunday 3 May 2026 - and there are workshops to help support and guide your idea.

There's also a two-hour workshop to be held at The Hatchery in The Rose Bowl at 13:00 on Monday 23 March. There's still plenty of time to enter, and the free workshop will help you refine and hone your Leeds-changing idea. Reserve your place at the workshop to guarantee your spot.
