MyHub is your online access to student services where you can access a range of support and information.
In this page you’ll find information about what support you can access through MyHub, as well as how to log in and how to book appointments and events.
What support is available in MyHub?
There is a wide range of support available to you through MyHub. You can access multiple services including Beckett Careers, Student Wellbeing, Disability Advice, Student Money and Student Advice. Through MyHub, you can book appointments, book onto events and access resources. MyHub is tailored to your student account so you’ll also see support and information that is just available to you, whether that be financial support, vacancies applicable to your course, or events being held for your school. You can also ask questions through MyHub if you require any specific support.
MyHub is not only the gateway to support services available at Leeds Beckett, it also provides access to vacancies advertised through its employer portal. Each academic year around 3500 vacancies are added to the system, these include:

Current students can log in by going to MyHub and selecting ‘Current Student or Staff’. Enter your university username (replace the 1st number of your student ID with the letter 'c'), e.g. c1234567 and university password.
We also invite certain applicants to access MyHub to complete tasks prior to joining the university, these involve services such as DBS and Disability Advice. To log in as an applicant go to https://myhub.leedsbeckett.ac.uk and at the homepage select the ‘Applicant’ option and enter your university username (replace the 1st number of your student ID with the letter 'c'), e.g. c1234567 and the password you set via the invitation email you will have received. If you have forgotten your password you can easily reset it. If you are unsure of your username, please check your invitation email or get in touch with the MyHub Support Team at email@example.com.
MyBeckett provides access to a range of university systems and services, module content, online assessments and resources. MyHub is a gateway to support services that can help you during your studies.
Any current student can access the full range of support services offered. Graduates of Leeds Beckett can access Careers support through MyHub for up to 5 years after graduation, if you can no longer access your graduate account fill out our Lost account form.
You have access to a wide range of appointments across multiple support services within the university. You can quickly view all of the appointments available to you or you can select ‘Appointments’ in the menu bar in MyHub. Once you have selected the type of appointment, you will then be given a calendar view with a list of all available appointment slots.
After you’ve booked an appointment MyHub will send you a confirmation email that contains an attachment to add this straight into your calendar (university or personal), we will also remind you 24 hours before the appointment by email. On the morning of the appointment, we will also send you a text message* which gives details of your appointment.
*To ensure you can receive text messages please check you have added a mobile number to your personal details. You can view and update your data, such as your term-time address, by logging into MyBeckett, going to the My Account tab and clicking Update.
Throughout the academic year, there are a large number of events and workshops advertised through MyHub. You can quickly browse the events or you can select ‘Events’ in the menu bar in MyHub. Each event is categorised into a searchable type making it easy for you to find events that you’d like to attend.
Some events don’t require bookings, however if an event does require you to book then you will receive a booking confirmation email which contains an attachment to add this straight into your calendar (university or personal), we will also remind you 24 hours before the appointment by email.
