Submit a brief or job request

If you have a design, asset creation or digital content requirement, it's important we get the right information to the right team so we can process your request as efficiently as possible.

In this page you will find information about how to submit a new request, please select the option below which best describes your need or enquiry and follow the relevant process.

Lead times can vary depending on current workloads but we will be in touch as soon as possible to confirm your request has been received.

Please note: web requests made to the Digital Experience and Engagement (Digital) team should be regarding the university's main website or staff pages only. We do not manage the university's Library website or any of our teaching and research platforms.

I would like to:

All design and creative requests should be submitted to our Creative team via the Creative Request Gateway.

All photography requests should be submitted to our Creative team via the Creative Request Gateway.

All videography and editing requests should be submitted to our Creative team via the Creative Request Gateway.

All new and updated academic profile information should be submitted to the Digital team via the Staff Profile Form.

Please note:

  • Selected outputs such as featured journals are managed via your Symplectic profile and this automatically populates your public profile
  • If you only wish to update your profile picture and no copy edits are required, you can send this directly to digital@leedsbeckett.ac.uk

All requests for updates to existing webpages or web files must be made to the Digital team via the Content Update Form.

This may include:

  • Copy updates
  • Image replacement / removal
  • Document uploads / replacement / removal
  • Link updates
  • New feature or section on existing pages

If you are working on a full renovation of a site section then please fill out the New Webpages Brief as this will be treated as such.

Please note: The content team are currently experiencing a high volume backlog. Any new jobs are unlikely to be initiated and mapped in until after the Christmas break. If your request is urgent please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the work.

All requests for new websites or webpages must be made to the Digital team via the New Webpages Brief.

Please provide as much detail as possible as this is crucial for us to roadmap this work. A member of the team will contact you within five working days to arrange a meeting to discuss your request.

If you have spotted an error on our website this must be reported to the Digital team via the Report a Bug Form.

This may include but is not exclusive to:

  • Broken links
  • Incorrect formatting
  • 404 page errors
  • Surprising layout on mobile devices
