Every club, event and service is available to help you settle in and enjoy every aspect of student life at Leeds Beckett.

Familiarise yourself with your Students' Union

  1. Students' Union

    Leeds Beckett Students' Union (LBSU) is led by students for students! Their missions are to fight for you, improve your study conditions, provide communities for everyone and create opportunities for their members. Get involved and meet others by joining one of their student communities or societies, taking part in their campaigns or seek support from their Advice Service. You should also check out The Hive at City Campus, your social space to grab lunch or a coffee, study and relax between lectures!

    Meet your newly elected Officers - they are here to represent you!

  3. Course representatives

    Why not volunteer to become a Course Rep? Course Representatives are there to represent your views and work to resolve any issues that you may have on your course.

  4. Societies

    You could join a student community and meet new people. There are loads of different communities to choose from.

  5. Volunteering

    Register for volunteering opportunities. The SU have a wide range of projects and volunteering opportunities to get involved with.

  6. Support

    Be aware of the support available Leeds Beckett Students’ Union Advice Service provides confidential and independent free help and advice to all students at Leeds Beckett University.

We are located in the Student Services Centres in the Leslie Silver building (City Campus) and Priestley Hall (Headingley Campus). Our opening times are:- Monday: 09.00 – 17.00 Tuesday: 10.00 – 17.00 Wednesday: 09.00 – 17.00 Thursday: 09.00 – 17.00 Friday: 09.00 – 16.30.
