"We bought a vintage 1975 Ford Transit and converted it into Reggie the waffle wagon. After 8 weeks of van renovation work and months of food tasting sessions, we had a big launch event on January 31st where we invited key industry professionals, event organisers, food bloggers and lots of friends and family. We now work all around London, catering for weddings and offering our delicious waffles at festivals across the summer."

The Jet2 Suite teaching spaces are designed to give you an excellent learning environment. We host interactive training facilities and seminars, and they provide great opportunities to establish close links with industry professionals.
When I was searching for a postgraduate degree, Leeds Beckett really stood out because the course was so specific and focused. The modules were a great mixture of classroom learning and practical experience - I even had the opportunity to spend four months as an intern at the London 2012 Olympics, something I could never have done if I hadn't come to study here.
