Accessing your student timetable.

Welcome to your Leeds Beckett timetable.

Your timetable contains all of your scheduled teaching activities, including class times and locations, and guides you to where you need to be throughout the academic year.

To access your timetable, use the Campus M app or My Beckett Learning Environment and log in using your Leeds Beckett University username and password.

If prompted on entry, select My Timetable.

Your personal timetable view will open automatically and you'll be able to access timetables showing your classes, teaching locations, dates and times all in one place.

The default timetable view will display in a calendar format, and you can switch between different views using the graphical and text options, depending on how you prefer to see your schedule.

Select any activity to view more information, including the module, teaching room, building, and any additional details provided by your school.

Using the calendar controls at the top, you can move between weeks or months and view upcoming activities.

Your timetable is updated throughout the semester and the academic year, so it's a good idea to check it regularly, particularly before travelling to campus, at the start of the teaching week and throughout the academic year.

Student timetables: understanding and using your timetable.

Let's take a quick look at the information and some of the key features shown on your timetable.

Date navigation.

You can use the navigation arrows to move through each month or use the calendar to select a week range to view upcoming teaching activities.

This allows you to plan ahead and see what's scheduled throughout the semester.

Your activities.

Each entry on your timetable represents a scheduled activity such as a lecture, seminar, workshop, tutorial or practical session.

Each type of activity is also shown as a different colour.

Other information on the activity shows the number of weeks, the module title and lecturer taking the session.

Location information.

Select any class on your timetable to see further details about the teaching location.

Where a campus location is provided, you'll be able to see which building and room your teaching will take place in.

If you're unfamiliar with a building or room, allow yourself extra time before your first session.

Make sure you check this before travelling to campus.

Changing your view.

You can change your default view to suit your own preference.

Click on Text to switch between the graphical and text views.

You can also go to Customise and the page layout lets you switch to a date view, a weekly view, show grid lines or even change the font size to suit your needs.

There are various ways to make the timetable more usable for you.

Go ahead, have a try.

For students who need a printed copy of their timetable for whatever reason, you can also go to the download setting and select the format you need.

Please remember that once you've downloaded your timetable, it may still change.

Keeping up to date.

Occasionally, your timetable may change during the academic year and typically this means teaching locations or times may change.

Your online timetable is the most up-to-date version, so make sure you check it regularly.

Your timetable views are designed to help you plan your studies and make it easy for you to access your timetable at any time and from any device, helping you stay organised and prepared for your studies.
