A transcript lists the modules you completed at the University and the grades you received for each. If you are applying for a job or further study or you're applying to live and work in a different country you may be asked to provide a copy of your transcript as part of your application, these are available up to 10 years following your graduation.

As part of the Bologna Process, all students who graduated from 2005 should be issued the Diploma Supplement on the successful completion of any higher education qualification. You will receive this alongside your degree certificate when you graduate.
The Diploma Supplement provides additional details relating to successfully completed higher education qualifications, at all three cycles of study – Bachelor, Masters and Doctorate level. The Diploma Supplement outlines institutional details, course content, type of study, modules covered, and skills required to complete the programme. In addition, it contextualises the qualification in relation to its national education system. The Diploma Supplement may be helpful for you to use when continuing with studies, embarking on further training, and/or applying for work.
