Located in The Rose Bowl, Portland Crescent, our core business hours are Monday – Friday, 10:00 - 16:00.

The Knowledge Exchange makes it easy to engage with us and find the right support for you: from access to academic expertise and consultancy to strategic business support and innovation programmes; accessing our talented students and graduates through placements, student consultancy and employment; and professional development courses through the Leadership Centre.

The benefit of us accessing this phenomenal number of talented resources has been that we continue to grow as a business, with a firmer idea of where it is possible for us to go, and with what help we can access. This is a firm foundation on which we can expand and grow.
It is great to come into this very different and professional environment here on campus. I started my degree wanting to be a PE teacher but now want to run my own business – setting up a nursery and selling my own curriculum. The careers team at Leeds Beckett have opened up so many opportunities for me – including attending the #WECAN women entrepreneurs event held here in The Knowledge Exchange.

The Knowledge Exchange is a great space and facility. Our offices are based outside Leeds and our meeting rooms are quite formal – equally coffee shops can be noisy and are not private. It is very convenient to have somewhere in Leeds city centre, with a more relaxed atmosphere, to meet clients or mentor colleagues.
Eden Agency and the Small Business Leadership Programme
The Small Business Leadership Programme helped me to review our productivity, systems, sales and marketing. I now have more confidence in the business with the new skills learnt and continue to share will all the team, I have a clear vision of who we are and what we want to achieve. As a result of this my management team has grown along with new team members who fit the clear company culture.
