Enrolment

In order to release your maintenance loan you must have first registered and enrolled online via Online Welcome.

All new students are required to complete an online Identity Check (or ID Check). You will be required to upload copies of your valid passport, birth certificate, or EU identity card. We are unable to accept driving licenses as a form of identification. Once uploaded. your ID will be checked by your course administrator. Failure to do this will delay your enrolment and your student loan. If you experience any issues enrolling, please contact welcome@leedsbeckett.ac.uk

If you are an international student on a Tier 4 visa will be invited to enrol and upload copies of your identification via Online Welcome, you will also be required to attend a Skype call with a member of the Student Immigration and Compliance Team to complete the final stages of your ID Check. Further information can be found on the International Student page.

If you are studying on a course where you are not required to enrol online your course administrator for your course should be sending you details about how you need to complete the enrolment process.

If you’re at all unsure whether you’ve successfully enrolled, get in touch with your student administrator to check. You can find your course administrator‘s contact details by emailing the Welcome team.

Most students need to enrol via Online Welcome. We will send you an email when it’s time for you to complete the process.
