We work with a number of organisations to deliver high quality outdoor adventure activities throughout the UK and overseas.
Youth Hostels Association (YHA)
Our agreement with the YHA (England & Wales) allows us to provide competitively priced residential accommodation for groups such as schools, colleges and youth groups.
The YHA runs a network of over 200 youth hostels, bunkhouses and camping barns in stunning rural, coastal and city locations throughout England and Wales and is one of Great Britain's top 50 charities.
Since early 2018 we have delivered Action Adventure activities on behalf of the YHA at venues around the North of England.
The Action Adventure packages are made for schools and are designed to make the most of the natural world with exhilarating activities and extraordinary learning opportunities in the great outdoors. Teamwork is key as the adventure begins. Pupils are encouraged to step out of their comfort zone to try different things and take on new challenges, all designed to improve their skills, strengthen friendships and help them grow in confidence.
The Royal British Legion
We are proud to provide multi-activity and adaptive sports coaching at The Royal British Legion Battle Back Centre at the National Sports Centre, Lilleshall in the West Midlands.
The Battle Back Centre is funded and delivered by The Royal British Legion. Attendance at the centre forms an important part of the recovery for all wounded, injured and sick service personnel. The Centre encourages participants to focus on what they can do, rather than on what they can't, to help them improve their resilience and motivation and build confidence and independence to make the best possible recovery. Sports participation and outdoor activities are an integral part to rehabilitation.
Carnegie Great Outdoors provides the specialist coaching for the five day Multi-activity residential programmes giving participants opportunities to take part in challenging activities including climbing, water sports, caving, wheelchair basketball and archery.
Lilleshall National Sports & Conferencing Centre
We are delighted to have teamed up with Lilleshall National Sports & Conferencing Centre to deliver high quality team development, leadership training, away days and activity days. As an elite National Sports Centre, Lilleshall is the perfect backdrop for a wide range of activity events.
Whether you're looking for a team away day event away from the normal work environment, or a corporate residential programme with a difference, Lilleshall can provide you with high quality indoor and outdoor sports facilities, ensuite overnight accommodation, and inspiring grounds and gardens suitable for a wide range of conference and team building programmes.
Canal & River Trust
Since 2017 we have been delivering canoeing and kayaking sessions for the Canal & River Trust as part of the Desmond Family Canoe Trail project as well as several other community based projects.
The Canal & River Trust are a charity who look after and bring to life 2,000 miles of waterways, whose motto is "we believe that life is better by water" and their research shows that spending time by water, whether it be your lunchbreak, daily commute or just a weekend stroll, really can make us feel happier and healthier.
