Our Mindfulness in Nature sessions are designed to help groups connect with the natural world. Groups will take part in team building exercises that are focused on mindfulness, communication and cooperation, connecting with nature and exploring the environment.
Sessions are tailored to your requirements and can include guided woodland walks, outdoor meditation, sensory team building experiences, gathering natural resources, shelter building, fire lighting (under close supervision), and tree and plant identification, allowing participants to unplug, recharge, and rediscover their connection to nature.
Studies have shown that spending time in nature reduces cortisol levels and promotes a sense of calm. Our sessions provide a much-needed break from the stresses of everyday life, allowing participants to unwind and recharge.
