Events vary from a sequence of highly specialised presentations across an afternoon or evening, student/staff-led talks that turns into a public forum of discussions and debates, to a three-day long international conference of over 100 speakers, all of which addressing highly relevant, polemical and urgent topics locally and globally. These events of institutional and international exchanges creating university-wide and public impact, highlight the capacity of the school to generate, develop and disseminate  interdisciplinary and collaborative forms of research, practice and pedagogy.

Organised through the five current Research Clusters expertise in the Architecture Research Group, as well as through the three major strands of teaching and learning (Technology, Context and Professional Practice), these events of talks, debates and demonstrations provide a rich platform of opportunities for students and staff, together with external audience, to engage with the expanding scope of critical research and creative practice traversing fields of Architecture, Landscape, Interior and Urban Design.
